Ordering Procedure

You may offer to purchase goods described on this web site for the price specified on this web site. Your order must contain your name, email address, credit card details and any other ordering information specified on this web site.
Within seven days of receipt of your order, we will at out discretion accept or reject your offer to purchase. You may not cancel an order once it has been submitted, even if our acceptance or rejection of your offer is still pending.
We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase. If we reject your offer to purchase the goods for any reason, neither of us will be under any further liability to the other arising out of your original offer or our non-acceptance of that offer. If we have not responded to you within seven days, your offer will be deemed to be rejected. We give no undertaking as to the availability of products advertised on this web site. Delivery of the goods to you will be effected in the manner described on this web site.

Title in the goods does not pass to you until payment has been received.

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon dispatch.

Payment must be effected in the manner described on the web site. Retail Prices are inclusive of goods and services tax. In all other respects, the price is exclusive of taxes, duties and charges imposed or levied in Australia or overseas in connection with the supply of goods. The goods are offered for sale only to persons who can make legally binding contracts.

REFUNDS/CREDITS

Please select your goods carefully before placing your order or ask for our written advice by placing a product inquiry before purchasing as we do not normally accept returns for refunds, credit or exchanges based on change of mind, incorrectly ordered, incompatible or unsuitable goods. Returns under this category will be at JetLinks Australia discretion and must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please also note that these types of returns may attract a restocking fee which is fixed at the current market value less 20%.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We do not accept any returns for goods that may breach health and safety regulations. These include; headsets, ear pieces and headphones. This would be non applicable in the case of the item being faulty under the terms of the product warranty.


Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

  • If a refund or Credit is requested, and once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 3-5 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase.
  • There will be no credit or refund given on the price difference of the ordered items due to price drops once the product has been processed and shipped out. Prices of electronic equipment and parts are volatile and we do not control the price fluctuations. All credit card surcharges are non-refundable.

    • We do not accept any returns of any opened and used products that may breach the health & safety regulations such as headsets, ear pieces and headphones, unless the item is faulty under the warranty terms.

    •JetLinks Australia reserves the title of ownership for any extra or incorrect goods shipped as result of our error. We will arrange any extra shipments to recover these goods, and cover the cost in resolving this issue.

    Please Note: Due to restrictions placed upon us by the manufacturers, hardware that is defective on arrival can generally be exchanged if we are notified within 30 days of invoice. Otherwise, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed.



Return of Defective Goods

You are responsible for inspection of the goods on delivery. In the event you consider the goods to be faulty or defective you may contact us by emailing JetLinks Australia within seven days of the date of invoice for the goods to obtain a Returned Goods Authorisation for the goods. You may return the goods in their original packaging together with the Returned Goods Authorisation. Return of the goods will be at your own cost. We will examine any returned goods and if we determine that they are faulty or defective but are otherwise undamaged and in saleable condition, we will repair or replace the goods in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. We will not accept any returned goods which we determine are not faulty or defective, which are damaged or otherwise unsaleable and/or which have not been returned in their original packaging together with the relevant Returned Goods Authorisation.


We will notify you whether we accept the return of any goods within a reasonable time of return. You will be responsible for all costs in redelivery of the goods (whether original or repaired and/or replacement goods).


We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods occurring whilst the goods are in transit (either on return to us or upon redelivery to you of the original or repaired and/or replacement goods).

We will not accept return of goods otherwise than in accordance with the above.

Delivery Information

JetLinks Australia will make every effort to ensure goods purchased from us will be delivered to customers promptly. The goods will be shipped to the address nominated by customers at the time of ordering. Please ensure this address is correct. There may be instances where an item is out of stock and we are unable to supply immediately.  In this instance, you will be notified that the particular item is out of stock and provided with an estimated delivery time.  Our aim is to provide our customers with a fast and efficient service, at a reasonable price.

Freight charges

Free shipping is available on selected products only. It excludes any sales items. Delivery charges may vary depending on the size and weight of an item. JetLinks will contact you to disclose any freight charges applicable prior to dispatch.
